Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per payment method and account tier. VIP members benefit from elevated limits. Luky22 employs active monitoring systems that detect unusual patterns of play and financial behaviour. Suspicious activity is reviewed by our compliance team, and accounts found to be in violation of these terms are closed without prior notice.
Luky22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by Luky22 for cause (i.e. as a result of a Terms breach), any remaining real money balance may be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any pending investigations. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited in cases of Terms breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without a Terms breach, the remaining real money balance will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method.
Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact support directly.
